  • New user today..hello

    hi new to this!

I have received a letter from Mortimer Clarke sold for Cabot re a 2013 debt it’s headed “we need your attention potential legal action”
I know things have changed recently they way these companies chase debt.
I have 30 days to reply.
Does this mean. Potential ccj lodge? And what can I do at this stage?

Any my advise would be well received.

    thanks

Do you know what the debt was originally ?

How much approx is it ?

It depends on whether you want to dispute the debt, ask for more information, seek advice ( from cab etc) or make an offer to pay, which boxes you chose on the form and what documents you ask for.

Do you recognise the debt, any disputes you had with EE before defaulting? Anything showing on your credit file?
