You can either ignore them (recommended) or you can write to them and suggest that they refer to Oxford case No. 1UC71244 , A Retailer v MS A and MS B, where it was found that their was no loss as the security staff were paid for the very job that they were employed to do and they would have been paid even if there had not been an incident. Suggest that any further threatening letters would amount to harassment.

I would continue to ignore.
Why would you want to spend your time discussing matters with vigilantes?
If you write to them, they will respond and quote all sorts of legalese rubbish.
They know the chances of you taking action over their harassment is somewhere less than zero, so will continue to harass you anyway.
Just collect their letters with a view to using them as firelighters or something else!!

Not sure how many DWF issue, but it is at least 3.. RLP seem to give up after 5 and a debt collector's letter
If you want to read a lot of garbage here is the thread where we list the letters when peeps post them to us,
