      Ahhh good to hear. Have they offered a full refund rather than vouchers?

      ( It was an issue with an item of jewellery ostell - the store was, I think, a pre-Christmas pop-up authorised reseller shop thats closure (liquidation) made returning the item to the actual manafacturer within 28 days difficult ) It's okay to post positive outcomes on here too Blenky - it's good to praise traders when they do something right ( eventually ).

        Sorry i'm just thinking out loud, it might be irrelevant, I am not employed in anyway in the legal profession, please ensure you research any advice I give before using it I have been known to be wrong on multiple occasions.
