Amethyst many thanks for your response. I did a change of address with Lloyd’s. I can’t actually remember if I did it over the phone or in branch or online tbh. Regardless I have a letter from my local branch stating the date I changed address which was in August 2015. So Lloyd’s had my address at the time they filed a claim in 2017.

Just spoke to to the courts, nothing has been filed so they are still non compliant.

That is worth filing Far more than the emails.

          SUCCESS!

Update on my CCJ set aside application.

In the end, I decided to engage the services of a solicitor ( Joanna Connolly's solicitors) to get CCJ set aside as I was fairly confident that Lloyds were in the wrong but wanted to make sure the case to drag on. They helped put my witness statement together along with evidence and offered LLoyds the chance to agree to the set-aside and costs. By this time, 7 days to the court date, Lloyds still hadn't provided the documents requested by the courts.

They eventually agreed, two days before the court date.

My solicitor also assures me that they have agreed not to pursue the claim any further.

I have since received a certificate of debt cancellation from the courts and UK registry have also told me CCJ is no longer against my name. I just need to make sure this is promptly updated with Credit check companies,

Big BIg thanks to all those that contributed to this. Huge relief to have this sorted,
