Freedom of Information Act only applies to public bodies, but you could make a Subject Access to Information Request under the Data Protection Act if you wish.

they dont have to keep it that long ( seven years i think )
Also, discounts and deals done are individual to the deal and time, you can find out sale prices through land registry. Any information relating to deals that lead to the price vareation,would be private between buyer and seller.
Even if you find you have paid more than some of the others on teh estate, its doesnt mean anythings wrong, its just about negoteating the right deal at the time.crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get evenComment
