I'd start in the hardship claims forum....let us know what your situation is regards hardship too, as we're aware lloyds have just set up a new dept specifically for dealing with hardship cases and this might come in useful to you.

Derochelle, try and give us as much info as you can regarding the background to your claim. Make sure you leave out any personal information such as your name, address, account numbers etc.

These are your first few posts on LB. Do you already have a thread, describing your claim on another website somewhere ??
