Help please 1st Credit and legal threat

I started a post about this account and a personal reserve account on 11/11/17 I thought for easy I would separate them (they have failed to reply about the personal reserve ) I hope I have done this right
Today 6/12 17 I had in the post this letter off first Credit Do I treat it as a letter before claim
I did a CCA to first Credit they sent one back to me (will re post here ) I don't think it is correct
I did a SAR to M@S the original Creditor and will post what they sent here ( THe SAR from M@S I don't now if it is correct as the letters contain no dates etc on the paperwork) Pics as follows

SAR from M@S of terms and conditions they hold The application form sent with T@C was unreadable The one 1st Credit sent was a copy they say is acceptable
Soory for all the pics and posts a little worried as to what happens next Thank you for taking personal info off for me !!!

Forgot to say this is the 3rd threat of court action others were maybe this one looks like it is going to legal team I suppose I sit back and wait for a letter before action /claim Is that right I am starting to worry I have nothing I am a full time carer for disabled son so don't work and live in rented property Any ideas please
