    RCI FINANCE the most inefficient company ever

    I’m struggling to contact RCI Finance to resolve a V5 issue with them.

      RCI reluctantly accepted our voluntarily termination of vehicle. I stopped the direct debit after receiving their acceptance letter. Waited 8 weeks for the car to be collected. They took both the log books original plus the personalised number plate. We called them several times but got no where with v5 for retention of personal number. Now I’m being chased by Insurance Database to insure the vehicle and I cannot get hold of RCI. They also keep sending me letters charging me for a minor scratch lids than an inch ( very superficial) and reasonable extra mileage. 😡
