Hi! Thank you for helping me to make a complain about Viagogo. I bought 2 tickets to the lady gaga concert and the envelop sent by them had only a page/document with out the tickets.

Did you get back in touch with them to say you hadn't received the actual tickets with the letter?

Hi! Yes i did, they have sent me an email apologising and saying they will investigate and contact me and this was in august and until today i had no reply, i have tried again several times but nothing.

and then escalate the issue to their CEO Eric Baker

I have already sent an email to the CEO Erik Baker without any answer!
