    I like that list, it is something that i think could be used by claimant as a front page to their folders of info, or used as a gentle reminder when things were sent. Nice one. Obviously some peeps would need to alter it to their circumstances.

      Hey

      Yes I like the idea - you could print it out and keep it at the front of your claiming folder (cause of course we all have one of those neatly filed paperwork up to date and no shodd old shoes boxes with coffee stains on)

      Hows about producing it as a PDF or word / excel doc with lines to write on , just to make it a tad clearer , maybe with the LB info at the top, for people to print out when they start their claim - help them keep track.

        Hey amethyst.......I only have it as a quark document as i'm using a mac at the moment....lol
        And I have a claim with Natwest, I maybe taking EGG to court, I am fighting the DVLA, The local council for parking fine and Hotpoint/Indesit over faulty washing machine....when do I have the time......??????
        okay......so I spend hours on here chatting with fendy and the gang.....lol
        I will get it on my pc and change to excel / word doc sometime this week......lol
        God there goes me eastenders for the week......lol
        If I get it as an excel doc can you use it as a template on the site?

                Just trying to get new putter built.....should be ready by tomorrow......then it's software installing time and build the template.....lol
                in between headaches, posts in the tequila lounge....lol
                I don't suppose you know of any Natwest T&C's available for 1988 onward do you amethyst???
                I got 2002....but wanted ones for 1988 when account opened.....
