Those Damn Database Errors

Just to reassure everyone that we are working very hard to try and get this sorted. I have transferred most of the data base to a new cluster as there is a problem with the server we are currently on. This is a complicated job and the files are huge. We hope to get this completed today - in the meantime most attachments from the site have gone into archive and we will try and replace them.

We are trying to keep the site operational while we do the work so inevitably there may be some disruptions. I will try and give you notice when the site will be down but its not always possible so please bear with me.

I had a continous stream of about half a dozne at approx 9.08am
some were one refresh, others took a few refreshes

One night this week, not sure when yet, we will be moving again to the actual dedicated server. We know now the problem is with our hosting and not something to do with the site, so this second move should sort it out completely.

Our concern is although the lastest move within the same host has lessened the problem considerably, it will escalate as before, so we want to move before that happens.

The site will be down from 11pm to about 6am, but once we have decided when to do it and the supply of matchsticks and proplus has arrived we will give you notice of when that will be.
