clock incorrect?

I have just noticed that a post I made is showing the right time (11.03am)but if you're viewing the forum index it shows that the post was made at 6.03pm today!

also can the dates be changed from the American format? ie. 1st June presently shows as 06/01 and not 01/06.

I'll second request for dates for DAY/MOMTH/YEAR rather than American Month/Day/Year

Seems like the clock has gone a wee bit off again, either that or I have a lost a few hours and my kids and oh my other half is late for work

Also the clock is technically wrong it is showing as 07:30PM it should read 7:30pm or is possible show the 24 hr clock ie, 19:30
