I've tried, and I can't fix it. I think it is more useful to have than to ditch the whole What's happening box. I may just remove the ' View More' functionality altogether as I think we have enough visible by default and the What's New Activity page shows anything deeper.

Just tried in fully up to date IE11 for the hell of it, and same result.

Yes, sure just that can be removed, and honestly 99.9% of people probably never noticed it or clicked on it anyway.

B***er. I did use the view more tab all the time. The ‘what’s new then new posts’ option seems to have a lot missing. I just looked on there and the most recent post was ‘today at 16.40’ – its 9.48 now! Quick links then todays posts only goes back 24 hours (naturally!).
I just thought the other way gave a complete and clear view. Oh well, if it is a pain I will manage –Last of the red hot martyrs!!!!!:drama::violin:

I wasn’t using ‘activity stream’, just hitting forum and new posts. When I hit what’s new and then new posts it is completely different –not up to date for sure! Activity stream seems to be the answer as it is up to date.

Other thing to do is perhaps bookmark this link, which show all newly posted on threads, even if you have read the latest posts.

I tend to use that rather than any of the links on the toolbar, although it is available as "todays posts" under quick links.

Thanks nibbler. The only problem is that is also limited to 24 hours and I often have to leave the site for longer due to work. Don’t worry, I will stick with activity stream and see how it goes. I just hate missing anything (I know, typical woman!)

Bo***cks. Just realised activity stream lists every single post and not just the latest post on a thread!
Sorry but this is doing my head in.
My ‘latest’ (what’s new then clicking new post) new post is from the 5^th of November at 16.40!!!!!!

Sorry for not replying sooner –shovelling Sh*t –Literally, In the Garden. ainkiller:
My ‘what’s new- new posts’ is still stuck on 16.40 on the 5^thof November. Don’t know how to do a screen shot unless you mean actually taking a picture of the screen with a good old camera!
Please do not worry, I will work my way around this and try to check ‘today’s posts’ every day as that seems to be working ok and with the DCA’s rushing through their dodgy claims before next April, you have enough on your plate!
