Hiya, I've noticed a similar problem and yes I agree it is very frustrating, as Puffrose says spammers are a major problem at the moment and Celestine did in fact spend half her day yesterday just blocking IP's, Curly and myself, sit watching and waiting for the little buggers daily and zap them as and when we can.
I actually have the site open all day whilst at work (thank god I'm the boss, I'd sack someone who worked for me and did it lol), and click in and out as and when time allows me.
I spoke to Celestine the other day and yes we are updating the server pretty soon which should sort out the problems, please accept our apologies and be patient with us.

Then you would have us to answer too lol!

if need be let one of us know and we can open you a thread just till the spam problem is sorted

Thanks, but very rare I start threads these days. It's more responding to them - it gets there eventually, just takes time. Stangely since posting this morning its been absolutely fine, let's hope it stays that way!

I am still having problems, think you have updated the server.
On logging in on Android this morning all but three or four posts in update box appear to be spam.

Me too - just everything painfully slow (bit like me!). I think I read that a spam plug in is being installed soon, so hopefully that will help from that side of things.

Nevermind - at least with it being slow I get chance to make the coffee while a post loads! :tinysmile_grin_t:

Sooner have a cuppa Labman!
Pity the poor person that has to trawl through all the posts for spam, noticed they are even posting it in posts now. (they did on one on mine, I think you dealt with it!)
The slow speed and jumping on and off happen more on my android device so perhaps that is also a "problem"
