  • Editing Old Thread

I was lookimng through my old threads as I needed to update some info, and found that the 'Edit' button has disappeared.

My recent posts are fine and I can edit them, but older ones (July) I cannot edit.

    Any Ideas?

    Re: Editing Old Thread

It has been set so posts are only editable for three days (I'll double check) after they were originally posted.

To update threads after this time it is best to requote the post in a new post.

It has been set like this to prevent some problems suffered on forums sometimes with users going back and removing all their posts.
