Using this Forum - Guide
This forum is run on vBulletin® software. It is pretty user freindly but we appreciate computers may not be your thing.
If you're having trouble you might find this little guide helpful to print out and keep handy when visiting the forum.

1. Register on the forum to post a question and participate in discussions on our message boards.
2. To browse through the forums.
You will see the subjects are divided up into forums.
Symbol means there are new posts in that forum since your last visit.
Means no new posts in that forum since your last visit.
Click into the Forum of your topic category.
Note: To post a new topic , after clicking into a forum category of your choice (ie. Lloyds TSB) and click on
Follow the simple instructions to post your questions or comments.
Note: If you would like to reply to a thread after reading it, click on

User CP gives you the opportunity to edit, alter, and configure your membership.
Note: If you would like to be notified when someone replies to your post, you can
Subscribe to this Thread by dropping down the Thread Tools 
which is at the top of each post or you can "edit options" in your User CP to receive email notifications of replies.
Note: You can also update your birthday, update your bio, signature and more! Check it out.
4. Search through the discussions by clicking on the
Search link found on the top of every page of our website.
1. Click on the Search button at the top of any website page.
2. Either enter a keyword in the box and press go
If you want a more specific search press Advanced Search
Where it says "Search By Keyword" enter a few terms specific to what you're looking for.
3. Press the Search Now button near the bottom of the page and wait for the results to appear.
4. Finally, click on the title of the thread you want to read.
5. To return to the list of search results, use your browser's Back button.
