Page loading really slowly

It seems to take ages for each page to load for me, I don't have the same problem with other forums, so I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, or is it just me?

I get it sometimes too, for a while yesterday it was verrrry irratating. I think sometimes our connection with the server is a bit wonky and things take a while to come through.

Will ask Tools to have a ponder on it later.

First things first Jet, are you using Firefox or IE for your browser?

if you plug in a USB Key you can right click on it in My computer and make it behave like Computer Ram. This will speed up your computer and this may help.

I used to use BT Yahoo as my browser, until I discovered that I couldn't get access to the Chatbox. I now use Mozilla Firefox. I thoroughly recommend using Firefox and there doesn't seem to be too many problems using it.

After accessing the site via a mobile connection I have noticed that the chat box does slow the site load down some what.

The homepage, where the chatbox is, does tend to load quite slowly on mobile devices. We are not "WAP friendly" at present and do not have any plans to do so at the moment.

LOL, nope wasn't WAP, but using my mobile for the connection to my lappie.
O2 do weird stuff with data connections anyway.
