"Kati's bored" ... a complaint letter with a difference

I wrote this little poem after visiting your store,
which I frequent quite regular (not just for “Match and More”).
I thought I'd send it straight to you because you are the 'chief',
a grievance yes, but rest assured I promise I'll be brief.

While walking round my local shop as people often do,
I had to leave my family to go and use the 'loo.
Now Morrisons facilities are mostly spic and span,
your friendly staff go out their way to do the best they can.

Imagine my surprise today when entering the room,
to find that since this morning it just hadn't seen a broom.
A cleaning rota on the door (that's marked when the job's done),
was signed last at eleven, it was now two hours past one.

The stalls had no clean toilet seats, no loo roll to be seen,
and hair atop the dryers plus the sinks were not too clean.
The ladies room in Morrisons I'm really sad to mention,
could have used (at least today) a bit more “dirt prevention”.

Very good Kati. I believe complaint poems have a good success rate.

Thank you for your most recent email and I am sorry to hear that we have been a fail. The ladies room shouldn't be in such a state Kati and I am sure that you weren't too merry.

However, as you have come to the Online team I will have to pass you onto our Head Office dream team.

I hope they will be able to provide you with some help, I am sorry this was rubbish, please don't hate me, whelp!

I can tell by your comments you really did try.
I will (as you suggest) await the "Dream teams" contact,

As we normally want them to be really pristine.
