Piccies of my little french project if anybody wants a nosey. Its in a tiny place called Saint Palais De Phiolin near Pons. And its gonna be mine, all mine, muuuuaaaaaawwwwwwwaaaaaahhhhhhhhh.

Only 20 minutes drive to the beach at St. George De Didonne. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay life in the sun for me (only for holidays though, not permanent). Fendy xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi peeps,

Nothing much happenning here i'm afraid. We've got a divan bed the 'old git' refused to get beds on legs of whatever you call them., he's such a fussy bugger.
Enaid if you can't repair the bed you could always just have the mattress on the floor like they do in Japan and tell everyone you have a 'futon'.
Lugger when you back on dry land hun ?

Me third one is happening as we speak, apparantly I cant have an open policy from moibility so cant get a driver to take Tilly to the day center. Really peed off now, waiting for yet another phone call. Jeeeez I'm heading for a nervous breakdown !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Tempty,
Well OH has had the old tool box out and has done his best :rolleyes: I just don't really want to be the first to check it out lol. He goes out tonight though and no way will I ba able to stay awake till he gets home lol.
Our Tilly was laughing her head off, it was hard to get her off the bed she was laughing that much, thats why she pickled lol. Think she takes after me with a sick sense of humour and a week bladder.

Yep get you and yours a little holiday when you get your dosh you desrve it .

sorry but i did have a little giggle, i thought things like that only happened in my house!!! I do hope it can be repaired though.... these things don't come cheap.

delta glad you had a good day out hun, I've not been to blackpool for years..... in fact come to think of it......... i haven't been "anywhere" for years....lol
something i plan to remedy when Nastywest finally decide to play ball and pay up
And of course I do have my wakey magical mystery tour to look forward to aswell

Blackpool trip went quite well, parked up near the middle, had a wander round the shops, then walked down as far as the pleasure beach and walked back. Going back in a few weeks so we can do from the centre to the North pier.

Went into KFC cos everyone was hungry, then came home. I think we left there about 10.30, so struggled getting up this morning lol

Enaid, trust you! beds just ain't what they used to be are they???? Glad you're all okay. Perhaps that left over plank will now find a use??? If not just go and nick some palletts from somewhere - they're about the same length lol. Although probably not too comfortable but might be okay when the mattress is on top - when you've dried it of course.

Oh yes we are all ok thanks some more than others lol. OH is asleep on the couch,
the dog has risked it and is upstairs lay on broken bed. I will get rid of Tilly to day center and charge his drill up lol.
Hopefully it is mendable, thing is though when we had it delivered and put it up there was a piece of wood left over..................

Morning,
Had to check the date, it is the 14th and not Friday the 13th, you see that would have explained this mornings occurance.
It was going to happen we new that, just didn't expect it this morning lol.
I have mentioned before about my weight gain, my OH is no light weight either, the dog sleeps on the bed too, or underneath when she is scared or too hot.
Our Tilly is an early riser and if I don't feel just like getting up she sometimes gets in with us lol.
Well this morning she was making her way into bed and woosh we all went down lol, yes my pine bed that was made for two and sometimes holds four collapsed.
Tilly thought this was hilarious and was laughing that much she could not get up or control her bladder, so a wet broken bed.
So today folks I will either be a joiners side kick or shopping for a new bed.
Hoping this is the only thing that goes wrong today but somehow..............

We had one of them coloured strip ones that you put on the forehead, I know they don't give it to the exact degree, but enough to know if ok or too hot.

Plenty of fluids too....and ice cream (well if it's the ear then it may just hurt the throat, and ice cream always makes you feel better)....plus it will help with the internal temp
