    Re: Is This Legal

According to this web site they can't find a Domain name for 2 Communications Limited. The list of other directors could be worth looking into ?

If 196 Ballards Road, Dagenham, Essex, RM10 9AB registered Vectra Web Solutions Limited with the ICO with reference no : ZA108106 on 26th March 2015 why did they not put 2 Communications Limited with Estuary House on the form ? I'm wondering if it's possible to find out who actually registered Vectra Web Solutions Limited in Hong Kong and who actually set up a Domain. I guess only the police can get access to that type of information. Remembering the money from EHIC_UK.ORG was wired to Juno Apps Limited by WireCard Bank AG where Ben Carter is the director.

      Re: Is This Legal

Found another one of their web sites : https://www.aihitdata.com/company/00.../overview#main

Notice how they claim their primary address/location is Vectra Web Solutions Limited, Sanford Ave #30910, Grandville, MI 49418, USA.

          Re: Is This Legal

          Found this today : https://www.ehic-uk.org/

They are not currently taking orders and give information on how to directly apply through the NHS.

Looks like justice is happening. Hope it's permanent.

Even with all this, they still have not replied to any of my letters to date.

            Re: Is This Legal

This came up on google search this morning : http://www.ehic-application.com/

Looks like the same company with many changes, including making it obvious they are not associated with the NHS. Also they do not give misleading instructions such as " NHS WEB SITE > " " APPLY NOW ". Also they give a contact address as : Broom House, 39-43 London Road, Benfleet, Essex.

Remembering I have written to the EHIC_UK.ORG mob numerous times in the past to try and get a refund without success or so much as a reply. Who do I now write to with the view to settling this matter ?

Do I write to Juno Apps Limited in Tonbridge Kent for the fourth time including numerous e-mails, Estuary House in Dagenham or this new address Broom House in Benfleet ?

Is this the same mob ?

              Re: Is This Legal

Found this web site http://www.ukehic.com/contact-us/ associated with http://www.ehic-application.com/ Both web sites have the same contact address as Broom House, 39-43 London Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 2QL.

Note how this one has " APPLY NOW > " " NHS SITE > " and the arrow (>) is pointing to a picture of an European Health Insurance Card. Only slightly misleading on this count but enough to fool the elderly or not to computer savvy.

Checked with companies house and Application Advice Service UK Ltd is registered under No : 962384.

Tried the ICO but nothing came up as I only had their company address as : Application Advice Service UK Ltd, Broom House, 39-43 London Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 2QL. This means I will have to write to ICO to find out if this company/web site is registered with them.

It looks like the same EHIC_UK.ORG mob. I'm a bit curious why they now have two web sites advertising the same service, if you can call it that.

                Looking good xx

updated http://legalbeagles.info/copycatwebsites/ to add those two new ones, and yes although they have hidden domain ownership they look pretty damn the same.

                  Re: Is This Legal

If correct this bunch of crooks really do operate like an efficient criminal organization. They appear to have many people they can call upon to continue this con/scam.

Will you pass this information onto Trading Standards ?

                    Re: Is This Legal

                    Ohhhhhhh yes.

Will I bother holding my breath ??

I can't find any info about this Louise Quick born April 1982 anywhere. As the co was only incorporated in June we'll have to wait a while for any further docs to be added.

But yes I'll pass the info to TS, and I'll do an ASA complaint ( not that either will get anywhere )

Wonder why they're ditching the other one - their search rankings are pretty good on it so must be a little painful for them. Possibly hosting company pressure via TS ?

                      Re: Is This Legal

Can't believe the crooks are back online with Google Ads using the original web site under : https://www.ehiccards.co.uk/ContactUs.aspx

Also they are again using the postal address : Vectra Web Solutions Limited with the same Mail Forwarding Service in Michigan USA.

Also they have " NHS WEB SITE > " " APPLY NOW ". This will clearly mislead the elderly and not so computer literate. To be honest, most people assume after going on Google Search engine all the web sites under their search engine are above board and would therefore not mislead. How wrong they will be yet again and again.

Looks like the scammers have successfully appealed whatever has gone on behind the scene or simply think the coast is clear and gone online again.

Whatever the case, giving the instructions/directions " NHS WEB SITE > " " APPLY NOW " is clearly misleading. A bit like giving someone a road sign directing them to Brighton and making them end up in Scotland.

Really can't believe consumer protection is this weak !!!!!!!!!!!!

Having said all this, the people behind this scam web site have never replied to any of my letters sent recorded delivery for their Data Protection Number or requests for information as to why it took them five days to get back to me after I had cancelled my order within a few minutes. I had to get the information through the ICO regarding this company myself. Trading Standards and the Police where aware of all the above but still these people have engaged with this scam again.

If so many people have been misled by these crooks and complained time and time again over so many years there is clearly something seriously wrong. Not to change when something is so seriously wrong is criminal intent because they could change to stop people continuously losing out financially. They know what the problem is, why and how to stop it. These people will not do that because all they care about is money and how to get it by stealth. They should be forced to change. Better still : STOPPED. It appears the system cares not. Can't believe these web sites are not heavily regulated when you consider the confidential information they collect.

To stop this particular scam that is clearly wrong and has gone on for so many years all the National Health Service needs to do is make it a legal requirement that ONLY the person or parent of the child the European Health Insurance Card is to be issued may apply. This would only require a Tick in a box and would therefore stop all these third party web sites dead in their tracks. It's amazing the NHS have never done this before because any Tom, Dick and Harry can set up a web site such as this to potentially get a Treasure Chest of confidential information that could be used or sold on and no one would be any wiser. It's no wonder identity theft is so wide spread when you consider the back ground of those involved in this particular web site in question.
