Re: Christmas TV
Yeah and we all pay for a TV license, where the BBC recently reported saving 1 billion yet further cuts to programing to be made! Why can't that 1 billion be invested in more original programing instead of having repeats! Please note that this advice is given informally, without liability and without prejudice. Re: Christmas TV
You know what, i might just connect the TV via HDMI cable to the PC and stream movies and tv shows, instead of paying a TV license - Not Ariel connected to TV no license fee! Please note that this advice is given informally, without liability and without prejudice. Re: Christmas TV
Watching things on 'catch-up' is (for the time being at least) free ... although I think if the bbc started charging by the programme for those like myself (who don't want or need a television) I'm sure my boys would still want to wait to see the odd programme they like (so far it's been doctor who, merlin, walking with dinosaurs and some series about dinosaurs coming through a portal?). DVDs are coming out faster these days, so the wait's not too long. Or they can always go to a friends house or my mum'sDebt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.
