Any way I thin the OP should have got the idea about who is worth listening to and who is spouting unusable and dangerous FMOTL theories so my job here is done.

Nor me-I simply told the truth-That a NOROIROA worked perfectly for me. I didn't advise anyone else to use it yet they banned me. If I didn't know better, I'd have thought bailiffs may have had an input to that board.

Yeah the OP will probably realise who is worth listening to. Can't see B&S getting their £310 from this one. Speak to you on the next one Andy :tinysmile_twink_t2:

AND that was only because the bailiff did not understand the law. There is no minimum IQ required to become a baillif, or to post on a forum :tinysmile_aha_t:

Starving tax payer. this is to you... please be a bit more considerate of the following
              1. This site in particular, people can be quite desporate for good news in debt situations, and are more likley to take in whats said, however bonkers it sounds. the OP in this thread, simply asked if the fees could be avoided. Some very cleaver and altruistic people on here have taken the time, not only to simply answer him, but to point to the relevant legislation so he can also make his own mind up. Yopu seem to be arguing with the posters, not offering your advice to the OP
              2. Refairing to posters as sheeple, just because they all agree with some sound and reasoned arguments,, is just plain rude... AM NOT AGAINST A GOOD DEBATE. THATS HEALTHY... but not on other peoples threads, theres the lounge forum for off topic or discussion. start a NOROIROA'#@#~'##~ollks thread on there so everyone can have and give a view. :boink:

              sorry for going off thread.

ST - I've reported your very rude post to admin. Your arguments lose all credence when you abuse other posters, which is a shame if you have anything to say that is worth saying.

Rightio. rudeness and insults, direct or indirect just aren't on. Couple of posts being moderated and the discussion not directly relevant to the OP's case will be moved into the Lamppost.

Just to attempt clear this up

                          (2)Proceeds are any of these—

(3)The amount outstanding is the sum of these—

I appreciate what you're saying, but posts 1 and 3 here provide two different examples (or links to examples) which answer the OP's thread absolutely perfectly. I fail to understand why once again my posts have been removed from the discussion or ignored.

Perhaps I am the invisible man in which case there's feck all point being here! :tinysmile_cry_t:

                                Re: Another bailiff discussion thread.

Seems to me that the gist of the thread has somehow slipped away into obscurity......
I sort of got lost when reading all the little back-biting comments.
Better than watching Emerdale I suppose.
I cannot see how a bailiff can expect to collect a fee unless, and until he completes the action.
                                For example.
Enforcement carries a charge of £235.00.
From start to finish, the Bailiff has to collect money due, agree to a payment plan, enter into a controlled goods agreement with the debtor, or take control of goods.
If he does not complete any of these things, then he has not completed Enforcement.
So he cannot lawfully charge for something that he hasn't carried out, or that hasn't actually happened.
Well he can charge, but whether he can lawfully collect ? I certainly wouldn't pay him...
And ladies and gentlemen, for the sake of us who are not so knowledgeable, when entering a string of letters, for example NOROIROA, could you please give an explanation....lol
