I've just received the following email; apparently, Paypal always use the customer's name.
An alert has been sent to PP.
Dear PayPal Customer,
We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your account until the issue is resolved.
We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as quickly as possible.
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
* Unusual account activity has made it necessary to limit account access until additional verification information can be collected.(Your Case ID for this reason is PP-029-183-716-345)
* Our system detected unauthorized use of a credit card linked to your PayPal account.(Your Case ID for this reason is PP-028-183-716-222)
How can I get my account access restored?
* Sign in to your account and follow the instructions on your screen.
It will only take a minute of your time.
Once you complete all of the checklist items, your case will be reviewed by one of
our PayPal Account Specialists and then everything will be back to normal.
