    little Prince George, well hes a lovely little chunky monkey and I for one welcome him with open arms, a beautiful little man and well done the Waleses.

          The Chancellor and the royal prince have a lot in common. One is a helpless, dribbling infantile crawler, who soils himself regularly and hasn't even learnt to count yet – and the other is a 2-day old baby.
