Well done hun and don't forget we are driving you there. That will save some ££££'s on the fares.

We have never been to York either so also looking forward to going as well as seeing everyone. We will also be celebrating 5 years of Legal Beagles and so far we have had a great response to this meet.

Yes well done Turbs for arranging a great city to visit and for Oporto's in offering to help Turbs organise the weekend.

We hope that even more people will yet join us in making this a truely spectactular weekend.

York on flood alert--these first 2 are from the Micklegate Bridge at 1:30 pm and show the Ouse flooding----more by 5:00 expected and storm gates already closed

The first one shows the Kings Arms which regularly floods

Well----my meeting with Oporto postponed cos overnight an Oak Tree fell on Oportos House & Windows & Car Windscreen---rearranging for next week or week after that

No hurry---we got 4 months to organise fine detail

The A19 Fulford road has loads not 0.5 miles from centre---and close to Travel Lodge/Wetherspoons/County Court (lol)----so we will let you know in next couple of days

Surprisingly-(well I suppose not as York is a tourist City)-Travel lodge is dear---very dear--ie--£180-ish for Friday & Saturday I get
