Enaid and myself are pretty happy about it. Can''t wait to see who's going in this year, although there's been a few rumours will be nice to see the official list.

In deference (or should that be indifference?) to my 2 dear jungle fan friends I felt I should stay up to at least find out who these 'celebrities' are, it was when the 4th one walked in (some pr woman) and the 1st one (some ex model) said "you're beautiful" that I decided I had seen enough.

Well I'm only giving you 4 out of ten for trying there jan, it did get better lol.



Ok folks they have split them in to two camps for the first time, not sure how it will work when they start getting voted off. The trials may be a little funnier though as they are competing against one another.

Well here are the teams.
The up the creek with no paddle side.

Lynne Franks, well what can you say, she is the one you love to hate already. I must admit if I'd have been there, there would have been a bit of a:fight: and I am not a violent person usually lol Isn't she just hateful lol but me thinks she will stay a while as us joe public like that ones that cause trouble and I don't think she will be able to help herself in that department lol.

Janice Dickinson, well she doesn't suffer fools does she? lol and already a very iffy relationship has been developed by her and Lynne.

Gemma Atkinson, she could be ok seems a bit quiet but then she has been over shadowed by the the other 2 ladies (I say that loosely) lol

Jason Brown now is he gay? he seems like a really nice boy lol and usually they turn out to be in the what a waste gang. Well suppose time will tell, will he or won't he get ti together with Gemma.

John Burton Race the chef, well there has to be one good cook lol I don't know how they eat the food that's ok let alone when it's a tucker trail he may do ok.

Marc Bannaman he didn't like the bungee and who could blame him, he seems to have a lot of phobias suppose thats very handy in the jungle lol, in my opinion he is big and daft, but he may prove me wrong.

Rodney Marsh, well he didn't get to do the bungee jump, they said it was because of the weather, I think it's more likely to have been whether he would have survived the jump or not lol. Did you see him walking to the camp pmsl he spent most of the time on his ass instead of his feet, that could be down to his football background though lol.

Cerys Mathews, she may do well she doesn't appear to be a total softy, she has not been in the picture much so maybe she will show her true colours soon.

Anna Ryder Richardson, well for me the biggest chuckle of the night, the bungee jump pmsl she must have pooped herself, if not by sheer fear. Then by the fact when she was coming down, she looked like a rag doll in a tumble drier. Took me ages to compose myself after that. Can't see her lasting long lol.

So that's my take on the celebs so far, Auntie Sapphire will be along soon no doubt giving her views. Feel free to add your comments, but as we have a few who are not too keen on the show we want no falling out or ill feeling lol tis only a game pmsl Enaid xx

i watched it!! ...... all of it!!....... from start to finish!!
I'll even say i found it entertaining....

highlight for me was deffinatly Anna jumping out of the helicopter Pmsl,no wonder the poor girl could hardly stand when they got her on the ground again.... she really did look like a rag doll in a tumble drier as enaid put it

The tension and constant misunderstanding between Jannice and Lynn was also very amusing... feel sorry for the others in their camp. let's hope jannice does better in tonights trials .... or i fear that tension building as their tummies start grumbling even more...lol

I couldn't watch it last night cos i was at work and of course we had the Albion on the telly (well done lads 4-0). But will be watching when I can. I might even do a bit of voting this time - I want to see Rodney Marsh do as many Bush Tucker trials as possible, in fact every day would be good. He said some very uncomplimentary things about my footie team when he was on Sky Sports a few years back, which we've not forgiven him for, " Pigs in Lipstick" was the phrase he used. Huh! I remember there was a very uncomplimentary song about him which involved where he could put his lipstick (sort of rhymes with Marsh lol).

I think Janice Dickinson is hilarious, seen her on ANTM (cult viewing on Mondays in our house).

Bloke will no doubt be drooling over Gemma.

Pity Malcolm McLaren has given up before he got there, I think he'd have been brill.

Anna thingy wotsit was quite good on Only Fools on Horses a couple of years ago.

Cerys has a good voice, might do a bit of campfire singing.

As for the rest of the Z listers, I'll have to watch it tonight before I make my mind up.

Yes I watched it, and here's my take on it so far :-


Lynne Franks: I'm sure she used to be a fitness guru or something or other years ago. Bloody hell I'd hate to see her lose her temper and believe me I think its going to happen, because of :

Janice Dickinson: Well what can I say, a friggin mouthy American pratt, just hope she don't sit to near the fire because she will melt with all that plastic surgery.

Gemma Atkinson: Not as sweet and innocent as she looks that one, remember her on the celebrity singing thingy, and the rumours about her and another 'star'.

Jason Brown: Think I'll wait to make judgement on that one.

John Burton Race: Brilliant Chef and could be interesting to watch, I think he, Marc and Rodney will pal up when the two camps get together.

Marc Bannaman: I think there's a bit of an attraction with him and Cerys, worth keeping an eye on.

Rodney Marsh: Ok own up time, Les has known him for years and years (old football stuff Les knows tons of football people, mainly due to the old playing days), he is probably one of the nicest men around till he's upset and I can tell you, he don't suffer fools gladly and says what he thinks and sod it if he offends etc. Definately will rip into Janice Dickinson.
Cerys Mathews: I think she will do well, she's quiet and will just get on with it.

Anna Ryder Richardson: If she doesn't have a nervious breakdown in the meantime, she might be a surprise and do well.
