    Actually Nattie. The technology exists for this to happen, it just hasn't been implemented yet (probably due to costs)

    It was designed by Joseph Zingher from Chicago.

        either that, or arrested lots

        I'd imagine they'd stop the use of palindromic pin numbers to ensure it worked properly

          It doesn't really matter anyway because the Police response time would be that slow, that you could have chisseled the cash machine from the wall before they got there anyway. msl:
