Blimey they are truly awful arn't they. Nope please be assured that although its a Church Wedding, its going to be small and select. I have no intention at my age of dressing up in a merrangue (whoever you spell it), as I told Wendy earlier in chat my sister in law used to be a personal shopper and dresser in Harrods ladies department, what she doesn't know about fashion and dressing people isn't worth worrying about. So I'm waiting till after the new year when all the new stuff is in the shops then we will go shopping.

Okies just an update, Father Joe came to visit on Friday morning and we had 'the' chat, he is happy that Les' divorces (yep both of them) were amicable and we've got the go ahead to get married in church.
So its all systems go for June 11th @ 3pm and I've asked if I can take communion too, happy, happy, happy.
Yesterday we went to look for an engagement ring, was hilarious going into the jewellers and asking for them and seeing the look on the assistants faces when they saw us two old biddies pmsl. Anyways when my mum passed away she left me some very good jewellery, hers, my dads and my grandparents, so as my friends hubby is a Hatton Garden Jeweller of 30 years experience, we are having my wedding ring made from the jewellery and have decided to have the engagement ring made too, and use the diamonds for the rings and there's also a large Columbian Emerald, a couple of Rubies and some Sapphires too, so am thinking of having a pendant made with them inlaid, that way I will always have my parents and grandparents with me.
