Also I would advise against taking the driving direction on Paradoxs Link above.
(Its a bit out of date and there's a chunk of motorway missing)
While they may the easist, believe me, you wont get over 10mph going that way.
I will copy the directions and edit them to post on here

I completely agree with you Gran, for what its worth I was fully prepared to travel to Coventry and it would be fairer on everyone wouldn't it. Unfortunately we tried to organise a Coventry meet and no one seemed available to go.

This meet was arranged because a few of us cant go to Coventry for various reasons, money, family, work etc.
And as there are a few of us who live in Manchester, we decided that we would meet up locally for a drink.

This meeting was being arranged after the Coventry date had been announced, and was not intended to replace or deflect from it.
But rather than us arrange a cloak and dagger meeting, we have posted it so others can come if they want.

We are not stopping anyone for arranging a meet anywhere else, so feel free to organise them throughout the country.

Ok, I am going to phone round a few of the local B&B's at the weekend, so it would be good if I had an idea of how many rooms I am trying to source

So if you can post your requirements, remember that this is Stalybridge so no requests fro Four posters, jacuzzis etc
