Do mobiles annoy you?

Omg, I am happily sat in a noisy coffee shop which I use as it has free Internet and the yummiest chai latte for miles!

Anyway just got off the phone to my beloved, by the way I am a fairly soft spoken female. Some old bint (the anger in me has led me to giving her this description) has just told me to move to the other table at the end of the room as she came in here for some peace and quiet.

I suggested in a polite manner that if she wanted some peace and quiet that a noisy coffee bar mig not have been her best choice. Plus I ain't moving

We shall not, we shall not be moved......

Am I being unreasonable or is she just a miserable cow?

lol miserable cow, that being said I tend to take any calls outside if I'm in a confined space, mainly so I can hear what the person calling is saying, and they can hear me without all the background rabble, If someone else is on the phone in ''quiet'' places (even macdonalds, and especially on trains!) it does bug me mainly as I hate listening to just one side of someone elses conversation

I always walk outside if mine goes off when I'm in a public place, personally I think its the polite thing to do when other people are around. If I'm at home and we are watching tv then I will go into another room so as not to disturb himself whilst he's relaxing.

Now hears a point, why is it that lots of men shout when on their mobiles ffs.

fair enough though in my defence the screaming child drowned out the room anyway.
