........we've had two thunder storms here today and during the second one a terracotta tile fell off the roof of our house landing right outside the front door just where the postman or other visitors could have been standing

Well in response to my letter sent to the FOS on the 9th August I got a reply today which was not good enough I asked questions and they just glossed over it
Will scan and add it to my post PPI and Court
Apart from that the day has been ok.
PFIf you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.
