I stick my head over there once in a while and to see some of the crap being peddled is sad.

Check your spam folder, it'll be in there along with all the viagra, male enlargements and fake banking emails, where it belongs.

The only better place Hotmail could have chosen for it, would have been the 'Deleted' folder, which is where it is now - unopened.
I didn't get anything which means they clearly removed my data from their systems, ie my email addy. Might be worth asking under the DPA for them to remove all your data. No response is required just an end to any **** they might send ya,

What got on my nobbly bits was the fact that when i was telling people how to go direct to a bailiff and deal with them directly they moderated me only for the bailiffs then to come back and rubbish anything i had put on thereunder different id's. Then now they got this advert junk they are touting.
If you have any sort of problems with bailiffs. I can help you as i am a self proclaimed specialist at dealing with them. I am hopefully going to start a degree (law) from october. If you think my posts are helpful or are guiding you in the right direction do show your appreciation by giving me a green blob.

I see from the CAG news letter that the Lowell "experiment" hasn't worked yet they have (with the agreement of site admin) invited more customer 'care' reps on board Will they never learn that you cannot run with both the hare & the hounds

Official Customer Service Reps on CAG

There are now a few Customer Service Representatives who, with the approval of the site Admin, have been helping to solve complaints and problems that individual posters are encountering with their companies. Their User names, highlighted in a bold green font, makes it clear who they are.

They are aligning themselves more & more with the opposition. Pretty soon they will be arguing for them "you have a moral duty to pay" & all that carp

                            Hi

Don't know you all I'm afraid--ex PCF/PAG man--Bill has told me a bit about the CAG saga & I read the original thread re Ame's troubles there.

Just thought I'd add my bit re the layout of the sites

Thought CAG layout not to bad now except for adverts

Been back to my old site PCF-who are now on 4.0.4 (with adverts) but they tried a beta version before then-& calamity

The attachment method has changed completely and all my attachments in my How-to-do threads & Understanding PPI..have been lost--as have other peoples

Also-in installing a clever Youtube icon at top of message area-all the previous "Imaging" of Youtube has been lost--I've loads of threads in Musicality (VIP) including my beloved Queen Sanctuary--I ask you-its not the same as ckicking on a link as clicking on Freddie's image-

Well I'm not wasting my time re-doing them-too time consuming

                            Just like to say--

I genuinely think this is the best laid out site of all the "bank sites"--right hand side brilliant and home page--easy to navigate-and above all friendly people.

With one outstanding exception, they have been extremely useful in acheiving results to the poster's satisfaction. We welcome input on the forums from any company reps who are prepared to enter into a meaningful dialogue with their customers and genuinely want to help resolve customer complaints.
So well done and a thumbs up to Aviva, Vauxhall and Vodaphone and a not so well done and thumbs down to Lowell Financial.[Quote]
At least it is a 'thumbs down' to Lowell!

Turbs, I agree 100% with you that this is a well laid out website.

I think CAG's site is hopeless from a user-friendly perspective. Its one of the reasons why I don't go on CAG for advice as much as I used to (that, and the adverts, plus heavy-handed mods with no sense of humour and also crossing the occasional arrogant twerp on CAG who thinks they're God and know their "onions" (they sometimes stray across!)).
