    Looks like CAG's consultation response will make for some interesting reading. Can't wait.

      If they can ID you they CAN use thread you created in litigation. They may even use it to 'prove' what good guys they are & how they tried to help but you, the feckless debtor, couldn't be persuaded to pay up

      Have they given an undertaking NOT to use in any litigation what they learn from CAG ......... I bet not

        Hardly a "15 minutes of fame".

        Perhaps Bookie needs to go to Specsavers? Seems there is a discrepency between the threads SHE sees and what everybody sees. She apparently can't even see the ads, FFS.

          I can't believe I haven't been CAGbotted for my comments. Heck, I'm surprised I haven't been banned yet.

          Of course, if that happens, there are other avenues open to get my point across.

            I note that Lowell CRT are still posting OTR and;
            Comrade Booky is still spouting. However, she now appears to have completely forgotten her quote: 15 minutes!

              And she's still got her blinkers on. Although it doesn't apparently stop her from seeing a very big chip on my shoulder, I notice.

                  Nice and how it should be, over the last two years since having to give up work though disability at my last count I had a total of 147 threat letters from various DCA's

                  Also many from my bank when there is a clear "VIS" a "VIS" regarding missold PPI.

                  Nice Judgement just goes to show what can be achieved on a subject that many would say is hard to prove.

                          Obviously, the judgement is beneficial. However, am concerned that some may mis-intpret the reasoning behind same.
