Thanks. I thought they must have once I looked at that after posting.

Didn't seem to quite tally with what I'd seen.

EDIT: In fact, not even close.

Can I claim a trade mark on THE LEEDS LOSERS. After all it was me who first coined it

              your joking?

              Dam thats mental,

              so the message is then,

you dont need knowledge cos that isnt a criteria they need,

you dont need to know how to navigate the courts,

you just need to make sure you will never defend your self and speak out against the mighty ADMIN

well they have darn short memories over there, cos i represented one of them in court, and allowed our costs order to be used to pay his debt, but that is all forgotten of course,

i travelled 150 miles for him out of my own pocket,

maybe i should file a bill after all, lol

sorry if i sound bitter, but im really angry at the moment,

Re: yup Pt2537 is here now too

No wonder you are bitter Paul. I was able to provide plenty of help on the Northern Ireland Court system, knowledge which was sadly lacking on GAG. It's their loss if the want to sell their souls for 20 pieces of silver. I mote Rory doesn't post his insight into Scottish Law any more either.

In fairness to the members of GAG I did get plenty of good advice from the members but sadly the Mods/Owners need to realise what side their bread is buttered on. Andy B and Jimmy C are true FAT cats in every sense of the word.

You're just one in a long list of many - anyone who has ever been any use to CAG has been one way of the other pushed out. Put a fiver on Ell-en being next?

i did a thread over there on preaction disclosure

Since they moderated me, i asked to protect the users in light of Kneale v Barclays, that the thread be pulled, as they have no one over there who understands the proof requirements placed on the applicant

This is the thread why you shouldnt use section 77/78 CCA 1974 if you want the signed agreement - The Consumer Forums i wonder how long it will take, or if they will leave it up or not

If anyone applies for discovery they face a huge legal bill in light of kneale and i cant even post over there to warn them

                      Hi PT
I've been a lurcher - sorry lurker on t'other site for a long time under a different guise. I don't post much (either here or there but I do read a lot)- not got the confidence to put in my twopeneth. But I have subscribed to some of your gems to give me inspiration for my hassles with Sharkleycard.

I'm sorry that things turned sour on Cag, but as the others have said - Cag's loss is LB's members gain.

                      All the best to you

They seem to gag anyone who 'challenges' them, I just wonder if it is one person who is responsible or has some sort of moderator group hysteria set in.

                          I was 'under moderation' too.

PT, I can still post over there, so far I have not yet been banned, but also do not post a lot over there anyway since I found my home here.

I am happy to make a post if you explain exactly what you want me to say on that thread I would be happy to oblige.
