I watched it and thought I wanted to punch Griselda. I quite liked Amit.
However, the approach they both had were good in the end. Amit saw that the organic farm needed investment and Griselda spotted the unused potential of the hotel. Interesting programme.

I too watched it and Griselda was indeed the more shall we say 'ambitious' of the two.
It wasn't rocket science to see that the hotel needed either a boost from the younger end, although I think a complete refurb may have been in order for that to happen.
Or to make use of the underused function room, it just took someone in the know to market it.
Amit, well what can you say, except it just shows when human contact and relationships build up no matter how recent can make the difference between life or death for small businesses. I do hope that the contacts he made for financial backing follow through, them there farmers deserve it.
So all in all to me it just proved when people work together like they did last night, benefits can be made.
Amit started his own business, so he gained from it.
Griselda, regained her confidence and went off to bamboozle the Chinese.
