    Ok

As people tell us their postcode (1st 4 digits only) dont want to know your street, I will add to the map so that everyone can see and agree where the best location would be to suit all.

Ok here is another suggestion for the Place

Britannia Hotels are throughout the country

For a Saturday night function they offer 4 course meal @ £25 per person inc disco etc, then you can book a room with breakfast for £35 per 2 sharing
    Total of £85 per couple

Have a look at the links below

    http://www.festive.britanniahotels.info/

    http://www.festive.britanniahotels.i...lt.asp?Page=22

If anyone else has sugestions please post them.
We want to arrange something that will suit everyone.

Also idicate if you are all happy with the Birmingham/Coventry surrounding area, being the central meeting point. If you are not happy with this then please make an alternative suggestion.

Mocha have a look on the links there are plenty of weekends to chose from hun. Other dates etc etc. Or bring the other half along and we can all help him celebrate his birthday.
Remember this is only an idea so why don't you make a suggestion or two. Perhaps someone could come up with another idea ie:
    Weekend away in Benidorm !
    Night out in London
    Visit Lapland
Week in Iraq, come on you know the form guys
