I have been given some insider information from one of the teams via a bloke down the pub, he assured me that if I bought him a pint and a packet of bacon fries he would let me in on the secrets to this years F1 winners.

After managing to wangle 7 pints (complete with whiskey chasers) and a full box of bacon fries from me I think I`m going to win the fantasy league this year.

Can I now change my Team to the following

seeing spag junction reminded me of when I first past my driving test. I decided to take a few friends for a night out in Brum. We had a great time and returning home to Leicester via spag junction, I thought I was heading in the right direction and just kept going. All of my passengers had fallen asleep (I was close myself). The road signs got fewer and further apart, then I saw one sign which read 87 miles to Liverpool. 5 and half hours from Brum to Leicester is quite a journey.

Firstly I must admit 'I know diddly squat' about formula 1. To me it is just a lot of noise and people driving too fast and endangering themselves and others.

On Melbourne's Albert Park circuit, Hamilton finished 16th in the first 90-minute session, Hamilton then ended the second 1.5 seconds faster - but down in 18th.

He at least had his McLaren team-mate Heikki Kovalainen for company as the Finn was 17th, perhaps underlining the fact their car really is as bad as feared.

The only two drivers behind Hamilton were Renault's Nelson Piquet and this year's lone rookie Sebastien Buemi in his Toro Rosso.

McLaren had hoped progress had been made in the closing two days of the final test in Jerez last week, but clearly not enough.

Their drivers were 1.5secs down on the star of the day, Williams' Nico Rosberg who topped the timesheets at the end of both sessions, with his best lap timed at one minute 26.053secs.
