Nottingham or Mansfield. It's absolutely plumb central to the entire country. (Put a pin in the map - you'll find it's hard to put it closer to the exact centre).

So - it's not possible for it to be more fair to everyone.

Especially if you actually live there!

Peterborough was good, lets go there again.
