I don't know the place well enough to recommend hotels, although I know there's a Travelodge on Broad Street. The Hyatt Regency is very nice, I went there last week for the Debtline assessment thingy, not sure how much it costs though. Am in Edgbaston, Five Ways, on Friday, will see what I can find out.

I don't have any can't do Saturdays in May or June,as far as i know. However the showjumping season starts in April, so no doubt will be at one of the shows on a Sunday with a very sore head lol.

As March is only weeks away, I would suggest we find a date in May/June to give everyone a chance to get sorted.
My preference would be back half of the month cos i get paid in the middle of the month lol

My cant do dates are in June, 6th Oasis Gig, 26th Blur Gig

All the pubs, clubs etc are on Broad Street. Well not all of them, but that's the "happening" place, apparently. I don't go into Brum much myself, tbh, except shopping in the Bullring every now and then. Broad Street leads down to Five Ways, Edgbaston, I believe there's laods of hotels/gust houses down there too. And there's Brindley Place which is all alongside the canal basin which is nice when the weather is good.

Don't forget that Birmingham has a major St Patricks Day parade, with events going on all weekend, so probably best to aviod that weekend as the hotels will probably all be full, or overpriced. This is 13th -17th March. St Patrick's Festival in Birmingham 2009

I can't do the 18th of April. But am ok for any oither week I think.
