Natty, not sure what windows you are running, but check and make sure your language settings are correct, and not that stupid one where you can insert russian letters or chemical formula, if language setting are correct, go into my putter, control panel, system, choose the hardware tab, click on the device manager button, select you keyboard, select properties, select the driver tab, and then select roll back driver, if it does not work get a club hammer.
