    have u gone into the control panel in ur PC to check settings? also try unplugging it when switched off then try connecting it again and turning it back on

          Nattie, if you are using a laptop, then it looks like you have the number lock on (I do this all the time, as I swap between the normal keyboard and an external one), on mine its fn 11 to release or activate it.

          Give that a try hun

            click on your keyboard in accessories. i.e. the on screen keyboard, use that for now to get you through till your real keyboard is fixed.

            Click on start,
            programs
            Accessibility
            On Screen keyboard

            Use that for now....................

                          Natty.... listen to me, you are making words like I do with my number lock on, it uses the uiojklm keys as 4561230, you need to find your function button, mine is next to the left control key at the bottom of the keyboard, and then look though your f buttons at the top and fine the one that says numlk, press the two together and that should give you your letters back.

                          Trust me on this.

                            Nattie/y press the Fn Key and F11, or whichever key has numLK on it, that'll get it back to normal.
