A company purporting to be Loan and Credit Solutions Limited is offering loans in return for substantial advance fees and is failing to provide the promised loans.
Once an initial advance payment has been made, consumers are asked for further payments before the loan can be released. The company purporting to be Loan and Credit Solutions Limited explain that these charges are required as a result of the consumers’ poor credit history, to cover payment protection insurance, bank charges, and British Credit Council fees. These fees range between £60 and £250 and some consumers have made several payments totalling £2,000 to £3,000.
We are not aware of any loans being provided.
