Soooo.... according to the RBS, providing you keep a positive balance, which ensures they have money to play with, you are fine. Yet once you go into the red, it annoys them, cuz they cant make money from your money, so they penalise you for it (19.2 Credit Net Interest Income)...... thanks rbs, didn't realise we would be penalised for your lack of market awareness. Try using your own fecking money and not ours.
20. So it's the customers responsibility to ensure we keep a black balance so they can make the hugest profits ever recorded in British history.

Oh and i notice on the updated RBS Terms and conditions, they are charging for the issue of a default notice......never noticed that before :roll:

The Defences seem to have been lost when we changed servers - does anyone have the originals (ie not the redacted OFT versions) they can pop back on this thread pls.
