News report!

Hi everyone I found this news report in todays Sun. Does it mean anything much to us considering the events of the past 2 days?

Hey Ladidi

This relates to the PCA report ( PCA Publication from OFT - full report - Legal Beagles ) which has in the main part been ready since December 07 but only just been published as they were waiting till after the test case.

Still a long way off from getting money back but it does seem mainly positive on the side of the consumer with regards to overdraft fees.
