I would be happier if they were also looking at their lending practices.

Pull their teeth out, one by one, without a local anaesthetic.

Perhaps they could call their local CAB and ask how money should be collected lol

                    HI
So just to get this straight.

We are being told by the OFT to take any consumer complaints we may have(possibly about Wonga) to CAB.

The OFT have identified Wonga as using unfair and possibly illegal sales and debt recovery methods.

Wonga are financing activities by CAB.

What is wrong with this picture

                          Hi

                          Ive just listened to it.

However well intentioned, it has to be up there with some of the worst things I have ever heard in my many years of experience in debt advice / work.

The funding is just at one CAB branch among the 350 to 400 hundred or so up and down the country I am led to believe, lets hope it stays that way or its suicide in my opinion.

Sorry CAB people, cant make a case for this rubbish and thanks a xxxxxxx bundle.

My independent view as always (not hiding, never do)

Well I don't understand how one branch can do this without permission from above, unless it's a test run.

                              Hi

The branches are all basically independent of each other, nothing to do with above, they just have to meet the membership criteria to be in the fold.

                              See your point though
