Response to my Freedom of information request to the FSA - asked them to break it down to pre July 08 and post July 08 to try see if the hardship exemption clarification had had an effect, but doesnt appear to have had, maybe a drop in the claim numbers over hardship overall but still only around 25% being accepted.
