What is the present state of play???

Hi,

I've got claims stuck waiting in the courts and always spend ages trying to keep up to par with what is going on.

At any given time, all I ever want to know is:

• How's it looking? i.e. Is it going in favour of claimers or have things taken a downturn and the banks have the edge/advantage. (Linking to info)

• When is the next important date of a hearing and what it is about. (Linking to info)

• What is the present estimation of when it will definitively end.

• Any activity in last days or when was the last major activity change.

Any chance of a thread that could just update on this?

Last major activity is the Appeal - transcripts Legal Beagles

Outcome of Appeals expected in next month.

Waiver due to be update 9th January 2009 - expect it to be extended a further 6 months.

Theres a couple thread on the appeals and current occurances, but to be honest there arent any definitive answers at the moment.

I agree tho there is a hell of a lot to read to keep abrest of things and trying to summarise gets awfully complex.

Should be clearer after Appeals judgement.
