Quite often we are watching for judgments and hearing dates for various cases, most obviously in the test case, but theres also others.
Heres a list of very useful links which are worth looking at periodically to see whats going on, quite often turns up a little gem.
Jugdments from the High Court and Court of Appeal
(quite often published within a couple hours on this site if they are of public importance)
Judgments
If they aren't published on there you can usually find them between 24 and 48 hours later on

Hearings in the High Court / Court of Appeal
Listings can be found Court Hearings
one or two days before a hearing.
This also lists Judgments due to be handed down.

House of Lords
Judicial Business usually appears at the bottom of the Minute
House of Lords - Minute
