They purport to be a Debt Management Plan provider. Equidebt dissolved in March 2015.
The company number given is for STELLA & ALF Ltd (An innocent party!)
The FCA consumer credit licence number is for Yiannis Demerios Ioannou t/as Geneva Cars/Norton Cars (An innocent party!)

Domain owned by Adrian Eastwood - who also owns ChaseSaunders.co.uk ( which forwards to Equidebt )

It does appear to be aimed at misleading consumers into completing their personal details on a ''referral'' form.

I have now forwarded this information onto our relevant department for further review. As firms conducting regulated activities without a licence is a criminal offence you may also wish to report this to Action Fraud.

About the website

I can see from a search that the website is still available. I appreciate your concerns that this is the case, and would assure you that your concerns have been passed to my colleagues. As I'm sure you'll appreciate, we're not able to have a website removed, or issue a consumer warning, until we've followed our internal processes. I'm not able to tell you what these are, as they're not publicly available. But please be assured that we take all information received about firms seriously.
