  • N180 -serving copies?

I am taking action against a company that has messed up a wardrobe they installed, I have an N180 form, the form just says return to the court but the accompanying N149A form seems to suggest I also need to send it to the other party, which is correct please?

You should send a copy to the defendant as well as to the court ( original to court, copy to defendant )
